Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and participation in experiences, tours and services offered by Paris Untold.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Paris Untold.

A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

Paris Untold reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its sole discretion.

Payments

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers including Stripe.

Paris Untold does not store complete credit card information on its servers.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.

Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the tour start time is strictly non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for missed tours, unused services or early departures.

No-Show Policy

Customers who fail to attend the tour at the scheduled meeting point and departure time will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are strictly non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

Customers are responsible for arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of the experience.

Tours start strictly on time and cannot be delayed for late participants.

Guests arriving after the departure of the tour will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Weather Conditions

Tours operate rain or shine.

However, Paris Untold reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify a tour due to exceptional weather conditions, safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of cancellation initiated by Paris Untold, customers will receive a refund or alternative rescheduling option.

Private & Group Tours

Paris Untold offers both private and shared group experiences.

Certain experiences may be subject to minimum or maximum participant requirements.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically able to participate in walking tours and related activities.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, staff, other guests and public spaces throughout the experience.

Paris Untold reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behavior may disrupt the experience or compromise the safety and comfort of others.

Pets

Pets are not permitted during tours unless explicitly authorized in writing by Paris Untold.

Modifications & Cancellations by Paris Untold

Paris Untold reserves the right to modify itineraries, meeting points, schedules, guides or tour content when necessary.

Paris Untold also reserves the right to cancel any experience for operational, safety or organizational reasons.

Intellectual Property

All content associated with Paris Untold, including branding, visuals, text, tour concepts and website content, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Paris Untold.

Any reproduction, resale, commercial use or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in tours and experiences is undertaken at the customer’s own risk.

Paris Untold shall not be held liable for:

personal injury or accidents occurring during the experience;
loss, theft or damage of personal belongings;
events beyond reasonable control;
delays caused by transportation, strikes, weather or public events.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute relating to services provided by Paris Untold shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
